Transformed Homebridge’s static, informational site into a dynamic platform that caters to both caregivers and care recipients. The redesign included intuitive navigation and a search function to make finding resources easier. Additionally, the platform now integrates IHSS training through the Career Pathways portal, enabling caregivers to educate themselves and advance their skills directly online. The site also added the ability for caregivers to apply for jobs online, streamlining their experience by offering training, career advancement, and service access all in one place.
